Yes, you will have broadband internet access. Just bring your laptop with wireless capability or any computer with an ethernet connection.

Yes, we must collect sales and occupancy tax in the amount of 11% of the rental. Also there is a pet fee of $50.00 per pet.

Yes, you must be at least 25 years of age in order to rent the Good to Go cottage.

Provided that you have paid all the rental amounts due, approximately one week before your arrival we will provide you with a code to the lock box that will contain a key for entry to the cottage. Once inside the cottage, additional keys will be provided for your stay.

All amounts once paid are non-refundable in the event that we are unable to obtain a replacement rental. Any replacement rentals that we are able to obtain will be credited against your rental agreement and you will be refunded those amounts. We require a $300.00 security or damage deposit to reserve your stay at the cottage. We will require 50% of the rental at least six weeks prior to your arrival and the other 50% of the rental at least three weeks prior to your arrival. Pets are required to have a permit to be allowed on the beach. Unfortunately, permits are only available to homeowners.

Yes, Good To Go is pet -friendly.  There is a non-refundable pet fee of $50.00 per pet.
