How do we reserve and pay for the cottage?

If by check, we require a $300.00 security or damage deposit to reserve your stay at the cottage. We will require 50% of the rental at least six weeks prior to your arrival and the other 50% of the rental at least three weeks prior to your arrival. The security/damage deposit will be refunded to you shortly after your departure once we have confirmed that there is no damage to the cottage. We also accept credit cards. If you choose this method, one half of your rental is due at the time of reservation and the other half is due three weeks before check in. In this instance, we do not require a security deposit. We will email you an invoice that will allow you to pay on line with the card of your choice.
