Is the cottage on the beach?

No, the cottage is not directly on the beach. The Cool Beans cottage is part of a community of 75 homes known as Old Florida Village. The development is located on the north side of 30A, approximately 500 yards from the beach with access at two different points. It is walkable, but if you have small children or plan to carry chairs , a cooler or the like you may want to use your car. There is parking, as well as pavilions, grills and bathrooms at the beach walkover.
